By booking a session with me you agree to attend.
Appointments
You can book a session with me instantly via the booking link on my website. If you are unable to do this you can also book by phone or email, just please give me time to respond. Upon booking you will receive an email confirming all the details – keep this email prior to the booking as it also gives you options to cancel, reschedule or pay for the treatment. You will also receive a phone and email reminder 2 days prior to your appointment.
If this is your first session with me I shall take your case history at the start of our session, this will be part of your appointment time.
Payments
On booking you can choose to pay now or pay later. You can pay by cash, card or bank transfer. For card payments, select the ‘pay in advance’ option on booking. For concessionary prices, please bring cash or be prepared to do a bank transfer on the day.
Concessionary prices (on a sliding scale) are available to those who need it such as the unemployed and those on low incomes. If you would like to have a series of weekly or fortnightly treatments we can also discuss pricing options.
Cancellation & Late Arrival
Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a session. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged for the full session.
Late Arrivals: It is important that our agreed appointment time and duration is adhered to. I appreciate that sometimes, things happen, and you may arrive a little later or need to leave a bit earlier than planned. This is fine, but I cannot make up the missed time by overrunning or adding time to subsequent appointments.
Confidentiality
All client information and clinical records will remain confidential.
Unless required by law, I will not share details about you without your consent, unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian.
I have also put in place suitable physical and electronic procedure to safeguard and secure the information I collect.

Consent to Treatment
By undertaking treatment with me you understand that I am providing therapy services within my scope of practice. You therefore consent for me to treat you with massage or craniosacral therapy for the purposes noted and agreed in our initial (and subsequent) consultation (s).
You acknowledge that I am not a physician and do not diagnose illness, disease or any other physical or mental disorder, and treatment with me is not a substitute for a medical examination.
You understand that no guarantee has been provided to you as to the results of the treatment and that, as with any treatment, there can be risks.
You understand that I must be fully aware of any existing medical conditions you have and that you are responsible for keeping me updated on any medical changes.
