I invite you to come back into your body, understanding the inter-relationship with body and mind. I believe these sessions are at their most effective as a participatory experience; where the receiver actively ‘receives’ through awareness, intention and breath.
I qualified in Holistic massage with the Bristol College of Massage & Bodywork (BCMB) in 2002. Since qualifying with BCMB I have continued my professional development with advanced training including; Mobilising Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Freeing The Shoulders.
In 2006 I qualified with the Bristol School of Thai Massage. Then in early 2008 I qualified with Raso Vai Ayurveda, Goa, India, in Ayur Yogic massage.
In 2010 I qualified in Craniosacral Biodynamics at the Karuna Institute in Dartmoor, Devon.
I am a registered Massage Training Institute (MTI) and Craniosacral Therapy Association (RCST) practitioner.
Whilst my personal practice has been replaced with a keen focus on dance exploration, particularly in Contact Improvisation, I also have many years of yoga experience, mainly in the Ashtanga Yoga system, including ‘techniques of teaching’ training with John Scott.
